Cancel an appointment

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, please let us know if you need to move or cancel your appointment within the 48 hours of your booking.

Deposits are unfortunately non refundable but appointments can be moved if contacted within the allotted cancellation period.

We understand that running late happens. Please let us know at your earliest convenience if you run late. We have a 10 min grace period if you are later than the time discussed we will unfortunately not be able to take your appointment and you will lose your deposit.

To book an extension appointment 50% of the total cost of the appointment will be due on the day of booking. This will act as your deposit. Deposit for extensions are non refundable.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any completed services. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us. We will try our utmost to resolve any problems.

Children

Please understand that we cannot accommodate children under 12 unless supervised by an adult during your treatment.

Confidentiality

Rest assured that all your Personal Information will be kept strictly confidential. We fully comply with all UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.

Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information into the system. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
